Ole Rygg
Ole Rygg is the President and a Senior Consultant at Trive. He has supported organizations and leaders throughout the US, Canada and Europe, using his expertise and passion for creating healthy and effective organizations, effective teams and deliberate leadership.
Ole has a Master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Oslo, Norway, and a Bachelor’s from the University of Lund, Sweden. He is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), a Certified Talent Consultant (CTC) by the Institute for Personality and Ability Testing (IPAT), and a certified mediator. Ole has advanced certifications from Hogan Assessments, Korn Ferry, and the Human Capital Institute, and he is an Authorized Partner and facilitator of Everything DiSC®, PXT Select®, and Patrick Lencioni’s The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®.

Laura Caroon
Laura is a visionary leader, connector, speaker, entrepreneur and change-maker. Her background is in leadership development, small business, women’s empowerment and marketing strategy. She is also an authorized partner and facilitator of Everything DiSC®, PXT Select®, Patrick Lencioni’s The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® and Working Genius®.
Laura believes in the power of community and currently serves on Moorhead City Council, various boards, and co-leads a Brownie Girl Scout troop.
Her favorite place to be is at home with her unicorn-loving daughter, fisherman husband, and sweet ausiedoodle puppy named Opal.
