SkildU Learning Plans
Short, targeted online learning segments followed by assignments that are completed at work to improve participants’ learning and effectiveness. All while performing normal work duties as part of their role and function.
SkildU Peer Groups
Virtual or in-person peer learning sessions that can be facilitated or self-managed, reinforcing the learning process and enabling the processing of individual and shared skills, experiences and outcomes.
SkildU Workshops
Virtual or in-person workshops built around individual assessments, group activities, interactive learning and action planning to expand skills and productivity in areas that are important to organizational culture, teamwork and leadership.
SkildU Facilitator
If you are an internal facilitator or external consultant, we provide the training you need to facilitate on your own! We give you access to all of our tools and solutions, plus the support and direction to get up and running quickly and with confidence.

Experiential Learning
Whereas traditional training relies heavily on one-way verbal and written instruction, experiential learning allows participants to interact with each other, apply new skills and information to what they already know and do, and learn through activities and practical use in a work-like environment. We know that simply telling people what to do does not work.
Learner as Teacher
The best way to learn is to teach. Teaching and coaching others is also an essential part of building a sustainable and strong learning culture. This is why we help each participant prepare to share what they have learned once they are back at work.
Trive offers complete learning for better results
Our online learning programs use short and effective microlearning segments in combination with a guided on-the-job application and optional peer-group reinforcement for accountability and quick results. Most learning segments are 5-12 minutes long, structured into powerful learning programs. Due to the experiential learning process, where participants immediately use what they have learned to improve their workplace behaviors and productivity, most learning segment are pre-approved for a 1-hour PDU credit.
