The Five Behaviors™ Facilitator Accreditation
January 5 @ 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
The way we work is fundamentally changing, making effective teamwork critically important. Between technological advances and a global economy, it’s becoming harder to keep up. Organizations are responding by adopting matrixed organizational structures that enable agility and cross-functional collaboration, but also create a new set of challenges. The ability for individuals within an organization to work together effectively and productively is now more critical than ever—it’s time to rewrite the rules of teamwork.
If you’re a leader, manager or L&D professional, The Five Behaviors® can be your solution.
The Five Behaviors Personal Development is based on best-selling author Patrick Lencioni’s ground-breaking model for developing high-performing teams through five key behaviors: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. This powerful solution teaches participants the critical behaviors and interpersonal skills needed to be effective team players on any team by combining this powerful team model with personalized insights. The result is a unique and impactful team development solution that empowers team members to shape their behaviors, increase productivity, and create a common language that completely redefines what it means to work together to drive results.
This intensive five-week blended learning course will prepare you to simply and effectively facilitate The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® and The Five Behaviors® Personal Development profiles and programs, including teaching you how to create and deliver a custom workshop – virtually or in person.
The self-directed online work includes interactive activities to help you absorb the principles of The Five Behaviors model, developed by Patrick Lencioni and made famous in his books “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team” and “The Advantage.” During the live sessions, you’ll practice facilitating activities with small groups and explore challenging “what-if” scenarios that could come up during your workshops. The Five Behaviors Facilitator Accreditation will give you the tools and confidence they need to master this amazing program—no matter what a team brings to the room.
Access to The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Facilitator Kit is required. The kit is not included with the course. You may purchase the kit separately from TRIVE.
By registering for this event, you are committing to completing all online learning activities and attending five 90-minute live virtual-classroom sessions.
